Czech Portfolio Investments, s.r.o. is registered in the list of persons performing asset management comparable to management in the sense of §15 (1) ZISIF, which the Czech National Bank maintains in accordance with §596 let. e) ZISIF. The Czech National Bank does not supervise the persons entered in this list and their activities are not subject to the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Prior to the registration of a person referred to in Section 15 (1) of the ZISIF, the Czech National Bank does not examine the application for registration in terms of the truthfulness or accuracy of the information and does not examine the fulfillment of the preconditions for registration. The listing does not constitute a business license and does not entitle the public to offer investments and raise money from the public for the purpose of their joint investment other than under the conditions laid down or permitted by the ZISIF.
